How to Initiate a Return

Once we receive your request, our team will provide you with detailed return instructions, including how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Order Inspection and Issue Resolution

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately.
If you find any damage, defect, or discrepancy in your items, notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Prompt communication allows us to quickly evaluate and resolve any shipping or fulfillment issues.


Return Processing and Refund Notification

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
